Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
